Gear hobbing is a gear-cutting process in which a hob and workpiece rotate together to form gear teeth. Suitability depends on the gear geometry, material and drawing requirements.
For a gear hobbing enquiry, include the module or diametral pitch, number of teeth, pressure angle, helix angle where applicable, face width, bore and outside diameter. State required accuracy, material specification, and any heat-treatment or finishing requirements for scope review.

Send the gear drawing with tooth count, module or diametral pitch, pressure angle, face width, bore, outside diameter and applicable helix angle. Include material, quantity, required accuracy, inspection requirements and delivery date.
Can you confirm gear sizes and accuracy from a photograph?
A photograph helps explain the component, but the gear drawing and specifications are needed to review machining feasibility, dimensional limits and inspection scope.
